New handicaps come into force today.

This is the penultimate handicap review of the season for league results any adjustments made after the final handicap review of the season next week will be on the recommendation of the competition secretaries.

Will all captains / players please take note, as from tonight's league matches, with the continuing uncertainty and conflicting medical advice being given, if any player does not wish to shake their opponents hand, please do not be offended or make any complaints.

New handicaps come into force from today.

A strong field of 18 junior players lined up for today's U16 competition. The 2 preliminary ties saw wins for Liam Pullen over Ali Malik and Casey Ratcliff over Luke Woodhead.
In the last 16, Ratcliff had a break of 37 in the decider to see off Pullen 2-1, whilst James Pears had a run of 53 in his 2-0 defeat of Joel Clarke. Bailey Fisher defeated Charlie Earnshaw 2-0, and Samuel Lee-Stevens had the days highest break of 73 in his win over Oliver Naylor.
In the bottom half of the draw Riley Fisher beat Aaran Sagoo 2-0, Daniel Boyes defeated Ethan Robertson 2-0, and in the days longest match Arseni Kovolev finally saw off Jack Townsend 2-1. The last match of the round saw Stan Moody have a break of 59 in a 2-0 win over Dilraj Ryatt.
In the quarter finals, Casey Ratcliff continued his fine form, a break of 37 helping him to a 2-0 win over James Pears and a semi final tie against Bailey Fisher who saw off Samuel Lee-Stevens. Bailey's twin Riley got the better of Daniel Boyes, and Stan Moody completed the semi final line up beating Arseni Kovolev.
The first semi-final was a tight affair, Bailey winning 2 black ball games to see off the rapidly improving Casey Ratcliff, whilst in the second semi-final twin Riley had a slightly more comfortable 2-0 win over Stan Moody.
So the final is an all Fisher affair on a date TBC.

Matches are best of 3. 11:30 Start-Smart dress preferred please.
